SHIPPING + RETURNS
Available to customers in Canada and the US. Please allow for 3-10 business days for me to design, assemble, and package your item(s) before shipping.
All items are shipped with Canada Post or USPS and there may be shipping upgrades available to you at checkout.
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders across Canada. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped, as well as insurance on your order.
We offer flat-rate shipping to the USA. All orders will come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information is correct before placing your order, as once your order has been submitted and processed, we cannot make any changes to it.
Birch Bar + Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you suspect your parcel has been misplaced, please contact your shipping provider to file this concern. If your package is returned due to an incorrect mailing address, additional shipping fees will be charged for re-shipping of the order (refunds will not be provided for the items returned).
Shipping prices are subject to change depending on weight and size of your package. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Birch Bar + Co. will not cover any additional fees, including duties/customs. This is the responsibility of the customer, if charges apply.
